You can always add 4Tbsp of all plant protein to satisfy your daily needs
All you need is
- 1 C or 12 soft medjool dates pitted
- ½ C cashews
- ¼ C Roasted Almonds
- ¼ C of cacao Powder
- 1 Tbsp of coconut oil (if needed at the end)
- Pinch of salt
If your dates are not soft soak them in warm water for 30 mins and remove water at the end, soak cashews for 2 hours after that remove all the water and tap them with cloth to dry them, then mix all the ingredients in food processor or in your high speed blender for 3 Mins Until good consistency to do soft chocolaty balls and enjoy them! Store in airtight container or in fridge for longer shelf life.
